We use a quality assurance framework, based on the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard, to record and monitor service quality at all levels of the organisation.
Our Directors monitor and audit all operational services to ensure compliance and promote operational excellence.
Governance and compliance
Corporate compliance is managed by the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors. They have oversight of all services provided by the organisation and set policy and monitor performance in terms of compliance, quality and TerraGlen’s commitment to excellence in residential care.
TerraGlen operates a restrictive practice policy as a preventative measure against risk across all houses and activities.
