Each young person is unique; therefore, we offer a tailored approach that responds to the specific needs and circumstances of the young person and their families. Residential Centres
Our residential centres provide a safe, comfortable and supportive home for young people We work in partnership with all key stakeholders in each person’s life; family, social workers, teachers and therapists. We respect each person’s right to be listened to and to be actively involved in decisions that affect their lives and futures. We use a quality assurance framework, based on the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard, to record and monitor service quality at all levels of the organisation.

Our Residential Services Model Of Care
Attachment is with us from the “cradle to the grave”. Children need to develop a secure attachment with their primary caregiver in their early years!
SCW’s have the opportunity to act as positive role models and to demonstrate formally and informally the behaviours and attitudes they are encouraging in young people, at its most, this is what pro-social modelling is.
Treating the Client as an individual and valuing their differences and similarities to others. Working at an appropriate level for the clients speaking and listening abilities and working with different thinking and learning styles.
